Job Purpose and Impact
The Solution Integrity Analyst will maintain, integrate and implement software applications within the organization. In this role, you will perform moderately complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and recommend improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures.
- Review, analyze and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests.
- Perform programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
- Keep an open channel of communication with users and respond to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3 + years relevant experience in Boomi, SAP API Management, SAP CPI and overall 5 years of experience.
- Experience in Projects and Implementations.
- Experience to translate the solution architecture to design and build.
- Experience in all the phases of SDLC.
- Flexible to work in the projects for development, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Should be able to work independently on configure, build, and component test the integrations.
- Experience on Java Script, Groovy and XSLT.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge on the SAP Event Mesh framework is an added advantage.
- Knowledge/Certification on different SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Knowledge/Certification on UKG Pro (Dimensions) is plus.
- Certified in Boomi/SAP CPI/SAP BTP Integration Suite is plus.
