South Cluster Finance Planning Analyst

Analyze industry trends and competition behavior to assist Business Planning team with meaningful information for decision making process. • Elaborate pricing strategies and analyze financials by product category. • Data Analysis & Business Partnering, providing support to commercial and marketing teams, and guide business users on finance tools. • Prepare and submit, in timely and accurate manner, PMI reports for budget/long range plans, as well as the preparation and submission of RF packages (internal systems), while identifying opportunities for business simplification and efficiencies to support the business transformation. • Analyze actuals vs forecasts and provide insights on variances. Comply with actuals and forecast reporting requirements, including system inputs. • Contribute to the preparation of Ad-hoc PMI and Regional Reporting Requests. • Identify areas/process to improve, eliminate inefficiencies and make them more agile. Actively guide and take ownership of responsibilities, having always in mind our internal customer orientation. • Support in the analysis of strategies to increase profitability (Operating Income, price productivity, expenses, etc.). Who we’re looking for: • CPA, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience. • 3+ years’ experience in similar positions in multinational companies. • Ability to communicate (written and verbal) fluently in Spanish and English. • Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint tools is a must. Knowledge in Power BI is valued. SAP is a plus. • Proactive profile, able to work in dynamic environments, with strong problem-solving competencies. • Experience gathering and analyzing data to effect meaningful changes.
