Cognizant is looking for a Sr. Agilist responsible for leading and implementing agile methodologies to drive successful project delivery.

Location: Irving, TX (Open to remote)
Responsibilities
· will be responsible for leading and implementing agile methodologies to drive successful project delivery.
· To collaborate with cross-functional teams facilitate sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
· Coach and mentor team members identify and resolve impediments and ensure the team follows agile best practices.
· RTE responsible for Improving Relentlessly Facilitating PI Planing Optimizing Flow Supporting PI Execution Coaching the ART
· Work with multiple scrum teams on deployment summary timeline and communicate to larger audience on the deployment plan.
· Work with Dev Teams, Security advocates and Security scan team on the security scans and approvals.
· Work with multiple team for the successful deployment of the changes and co-ordinate IT Validation.
· Co-ordinate with IT, PPV and Business team on the PPV validation on the turn day.
· Engage the required team in triaging the issues (project and enterprise teams as applicable)
· Plan and execute break fix activities as needed.
· Work with IT Managers/Directors directly/closely for process improvements.
Qualifications
· Sr. Agilist with 10-12 years of experience and expertise in CX-Scrum Master.
- Understand the agile framework customized for the current program.
- Identify and complete Digital eleering and class room trainings.
- Guide team in identifying appropriate learning courses/certifications.
- Complete mandatory trainings and ensure compliance with org mandated learning plans.
- Identify the technical skills required by the team to become cross skilled help them acquire it.
- Coaching & facilitating.
- Coach and mentor team members to develop agile capabilities, self organization etc.Work with DevOps team for environment planning and provisioning for multiple releases.
· Work with IT Managers/Directors directly/closely for process improvements
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until February 15th, 2024.
The hourly rate for this position is between $119,700 – $145,400 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
