Sr Software Engineer

 

Job Summary:

Cognizant is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer with at least 10+ years of experience in developing customized product for our clients. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies. Design, implement and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency.

Location: Mountlake Terrace, WA

Responsibilities:

As a Sr. Software Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements analyze user needs  and implement innovative solutions. Additionally you will participate in code reviews troubleshoot and debug issues and ensure software meets quality standards.

 

Seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 10-12 years of experience in .NET  Angular 1.x  C#  JavaScript  SQL  and One$DB. Must have domain expertise in Payer.

 

• Should be proficient in .NET  C#  .Net Core & Web API.

• Should be strong in Kafka  Mongo DB skills and should have min. of 2 years of experience.

• Experience in Azure DevOps

• Experience in Azure Cloud  Data Hub  Federated Graph and Graph API is a plus.

• Should have good troubleshooting skills in API and Backend.

• Manages workload and other assignments efficiently while able to resolve time critical situations.

• Providing technical support for clearing bottlenecks and obstacles

• Collaborating with other cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance of applications.

• Should have technical skills to review  verify  and validate the software code developed in the project.

• Mentoring and guiding the team members.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact efficiently with customers

 

 

Required Skills:

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $43,900 – $129,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
