This role is with the Cognizant Enterprise Integration (EI) and Digital Process Orchestration (DPO) within Enterprise Platform Services Team. Cognizant’s EI &DPO practice is a world leading provider of Hybrid Cloud Integration and Process Automation Services. EI &DPO practice has strategic alliances with “best of bread” platform providers to provide service for Cloud Integration, Hybrid Integration Platforms, B2B Platforms, DPA and Low Code Platforms, and Cloud Integration.
Job Description: While each team member has a primary skill set, they are also expected to learn and contribute to areas outside of their primary skill set. The team is highly collaborative and values continuous improvement and open communication. You will be expected to be a well-regarded and respected individual contributor; possess strong inter-personal skills. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
· Responsibility:
o Responsible for project delivery including planning, analysis, system design, development, and troubleshooting.
o Design & development of the TIBCO Interfaces, services using TIBCO Business works 5.x, TIBCO Adapters
o Creating 834 EDI Trading Partners, Business Agreements, Business rules using TIBCO Business Connect
o Interacting with the Customer Business team to discuss the business and functional requirements and provide technical solutions.
o Attend Agile Scrum sprint ceremonies, daily standup meetings, defect review, backlog refinement etc.
o Co-ordinate with the offshore team for daily development and Project status activities
o Responsible for review of existing systems configurations, monitoring of deployed components.
o Provide status reports to the stakeholders and maintain efficient internal communication.

§ Tortoise SVN/GIT HUB
o Must have 5-10 years of design and development experience on TIBCO Business Works and TIBCO Business Connect
o Experience and knowledge on HIPAA EDI Products and standards.
o Strong Health care domain experience
o Exposure to end of end SDLC phases good understanding and exposure to development process which includes Change management, Incident management, Problem management and Release management.
o Good communication, analytical skills

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 to $105,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
