Responsibilities:
1. Project Methodologies and Standards: defines and maintains consistent project management methodologies, processes, and best practices across the organization to manage executing projects efficiently and effectively.
2. Risk Management and Governance: work closely with PM to setup / prioritize initiatives under strategic initiatives frame, work with ISS functional and regional teams for initiative implementation, support, and track initiatives/projects progress and risk/ issue resolution.
3. Reporting and Metrics: provides executive-level reporting on project performance, including Key performance indicators, resource utilization etc.
4. Lesson Learnt and KM : captures lessons learned from completed projects, ensures that the right resources with the right proficiencies and knowledge are available for project execution and maintain it as a knowledge sharing for lesson and learnt.
Requirements:
1. More than 5 years' in-depth experience in IT service team.
2. Alternatively, consultancy experience focused on Digital transformation and implementation can be considered as well.
3. Experience on IT systems, or ML/ AI, will be a plus.
4. Strong project management capability, strategic thinking and forwarding looking.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, quick learner and agile to changes, result & performance driven.
6. Passionate, self-motivated, proactive, and strong team player.
7. Excellent written and spoken language skills in English.
