As a Strategy Director, you will have the opportunity to: 1) leverage quality leadership in the markets by focusing on “How to Execute” the Strategy while identifying opportunities to keep growing the pie; 2) Lead Strategy agenda in 4 of the Top 8 Markets of LATAM (Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Bolivia), enabling the performance results based on market insights, continuous support to operations and being the guardians of Long Range Plans Moonshots; 3) Develop a Strong Network with LAOU center teams, KO Frontline teams and System Bottlers in South Zone to accelerate our business.

What You’ll Do for Us 

This role is responsible for supporting and challenging the Brazil / South Cone Franchise Unit in implementing the commercial strategy and developing actionable insights at market level.  This will be achieved by:

  • Pulling data & insights working alongside Franchise Operations, Insights & Analysis, Finance Insights and EWI/E2E functions to identify granular regional opportunities and create actionable commercial levers at market level
  • Identifying strategic projects in support of the growth goals for the Franchise Brazil / South Cone and managing the Franchise strategic project portfolio, working with Franchise teams and OU functions
  • Collaborating with Franchise Brazil / South Cone and Commercial to adjust execution strategy.
  • Support Franchise and Strategic Integration Brazil / South Cone on system end-to-end alignment process with Bottlers at local level

Qualification & Requirements

  • +10 years of Business and/or functional experience in Operation/Strategy related areas
  • Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers and key stakeholders since this role will include multiple interactions and negotiations with management team members of KO system
  • People manager with excellent leadership capability and ability to work in a diverse cultural environment
  • Negotiation, influence and communication skills to align strategies as well as build value-based relationships through numerous sensitive situations (typically with bottler) are essential
  • Write and present effectively; adjust to fit the audience with appropriate and relevant messaging

  • Solid business acumen skills: to translate data and insights to help inform key business decisions
  • Strategic thinking: integrate diverse business insights and connecting the dots to develop holistic approach
  • Franchise leadership/negotiation: to drive better conversations into practical applications
  • Problem framing and problem-solving: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts
  • Systemic thinking: Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and global capabilities implementation. Being comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
