We are looking for a new member to join our South Cone Strategy & Planning team (Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay).
The team is responsible for leading our long-term growth strategy, annual planning cycle, business forecasting, and governance of business cadences.
This role calls for the following:
- Someone who loves and speaks data, operations and strategy
- Someone who can navigate a highly diverse set of stakeholders
- Someone with a high business sense that can understand complex problems fast, recommend a practical course of action and follow through
What You'll Do
- Forecast business and financial metrics using econometric models
- Build dashboards, run analyses and provide data visibility to business leaders
- Implement process optimization frameworks
- Define solutions to complex, strategic topics with a deeply analytical and data-driven approach

What You'll Need
- Full proficiency in English
- +2 year experience in consulting, process optimization, business intelligence and/or strategy
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience interacting with multiple teams, handling stakholders and making business decisions
- Knowledge of statistics and comfort with SQL
- Experience with forecasting tools and its methods
- Experience in defining solutions to complex, strategic topics with a deeply analytical and data-driven approach to issues preferred
