This role is in Accenture Research team with a focus on Business Strategy.
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for business strategy and for reimagining the future of business as well as an interest in identifying new technologies and solution pathways to grow with the changes and challenges ahead.
Key Responsibilities include :
You will contribute to regular thought leadership studies, aligned with corporate priorities, that result in differentiated, provocative content, and valuable Intellectual Property for Accenture.
Specifically, you will be responsible for
Demonstrating originality in framing of research ideas and approaches.
Supporting the development of research hypotheses.
Drawing on both traditional and innovative data sources and research methodologies to test research hypotheses in a logical, structured manner.
Analyzing large datasets and interpreting results using statistical techniques and data visualization tools.
Contributing to the design of research methodologies and instruments (e.g., survey, in-depth interviews).
Developing research insights and compelling business narratives alongside research leads.
Presenting key findings in a structured and concise manner (with focus on insights).
Experience and skills :
Demonstrated proficiency in business research, statistical analysis, data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).
Ability to use most (but not necessarily all) research techniques such as secondary database searching, company analysis, market analysis, strategic analysis frameworks, interview-based research and financial analysis.
A high degree of intellectual curiosity in the areas of business, management, and technology.
Interest in, and understanding of, business trends and interest in learning about the associated business imperatives.
Strong grasp of data, with ability to analyze, visualize, and interpret.
An appetite to use data creatively to drive business outcomes.
Ability to synthesize research results into a compelling storyline.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on multiple engagements across different geographies, simultaneously.
Ability to plan and manage time and own workload.
Ability to work on short-term / time-sensitive / high-pressure research needs typically in a global and virtual environment.
Clear enthusiasm for research, and willingness to learn and grow.
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
Qualifications :
A bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, economics, statistics, engineering or science), plus a full-time Masters / post-graduate degree (preferably in business, economics, statistics, engineering, science, such as MBA or equivalent).
Work Experience : 4+ years business research or management consulting experience.
Location : Buenos Aires, Argentina.
