Job Purpose

Responsible for implementing processes and disseminating the quality culture within projects.

Responsible for implementing a quality culture focused on prevention, with zero tolerance to deviations, focusing on meeting requirements.

Responsible for disseminating the culture of problem solving, standardization and industrialization in the pursuit of operational excellence and sustainable financial results for the organization.

Job Description

  • Manage the Quality in EPC, EPCI / iEPCI or large T&I projects and / or Supply Products type projects in the SPS or Flexible business areas;
  • Work on projects and / or sites with multiple internal interfaces as well as interfaces with different regions of the world company organization.
  • Lead problem-solving initiatives with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Lead and / or participate in investigations of great technical and operational complexity.
  • Develop and train Quality resources with the transfer of technical and managerial knowledge.
  • Participate as a Quality representative in the development of transversal and / or global initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of Standardized and Simplified Processes in the Portfolio of Projects and Proposals;
  • Define Quality KPIs for project and proposal portfolios.
  • Ensure that the processes used to solve problems in Projects are aligned with the corporate guidelines.
  • Dimension, allocate and adequately manage quality resources to meet projects and proposals. Select and evaluate team performance, aiming the retention and development of employees, in a integrated way with Human Resources team.
  • Support project management in interfacing with customer inspection teams to ensure project satisfaction and compliance with pre-established requirements.
  • Ensure the delivery of projects within previously established requirements, aiming to satisfy customers.
  • Ensure that identified non-conformities are recorded, addressed and closed effectively.

You are meant for this job if :

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably), architecture or administration.
  • Experience in EPC, EPCI / iEPCI projects.
  • Fluent English.
  • Desirable : experience in Quality management on construction sites.
  • Desirable : Specialization in Project Management / Quality Management / Special Processes : Welding, Non-Destructive Testing, Coating and Materials / Equipment Engineering.
