This role will be fully dedicated to managing CTCL based in Argentina.

What is like being an Associate Clinical Manager - CTCL
Significant clinical research expertise, comparable to +4 years, with demonstrated proficiency on CTCL role's tasks and responsibilities.
Administers and executes policies, processes, and procedures that affect subordinate employees and the workflow of the unit.
Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility.
Demonstrated ability to attain and maintain a good working knowledge of ICH GCP, applicable regulations, and PPD / Client procedural documents for all non-clinical / clinical aspects of project implementation, execution, and close-out.
Good knowledge of medical / therapeutic areas and medical terminology is desirable.
Good knowledge in all phases of clinical trials, specifically study start-up, maintenance and close-out.
Effective mentoring / leadership / supervisory ability including excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to travel if required.
