The Supply Services Procurement Specialist is responsible to coordinate and execute purchases of tools, spare parts and machinery for production plants, warehouses and offices in the region, responsible for solving service and quality problems for the plant, making sure to identify, implement and maintain the lowest possible total cost of supply strategies with the best service and quality for internal customers.
Main Responsibilities :
- Support and implement strategies developed by the Global Category Manager and the Divisional Category Procurement Manager.
- Purchase of national and imported MRO (spare parts).
- Purchase of : Imported machines (he works a lot with the Foreign Trade area).
- Purchasing management for civil works.
- Facilities Management.
- Provide updated management reports.
- Request budgets from suppliers and negotiate prices and conditions in order to optimize the cost-benefit ratio of purchases.
- Intercommunication with the technical area, manufacturing area and foreign trade.
- Contribute to the FTG program seeking savings through negotiations with suppliers and internal actions to contribute to the company's goals.
- Develop an informed understanding of the structure of the local market by conducting surveys, comparisons and analysis of market trends.
Requirements :
- Industrial Engineer preferred. Bachelor's degree in business administration, foreign trade or related field.
- 1 year of experience in a similar position- Desirable 2 to 5 years
- Intermediate English level.
- MS Office management.
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
