As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll contribute to the overall success of the talent team by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the recruiting process.
You’ll get a chance to work closely with the Recruiting team and hiring managers to help create an efficient and enjoyable interview experience for all of our roles.
This is a high impact role that drives the recruiting machine at Teladoc Health through accurate and timely scheduling of interviews.
You will sit at the helm of a high touch, best in class candidate experience by being service oriented, efficient, and responsive to the needs of the Recruiting team, candidates and hiring managers.
We’re looking for an energetic, detail- oriented and highly organized people-person.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate a high volume of complex interviews across multiple departments at a fast pace.
- Maintain accurate reporting within our internal tools and ATS (Workday).
- Act as the liaison between global hiring managers, candidates and recruiters.
- Perform administrative duties as required, to support the recruiting.
- Assist with documenting and tracking candidates.
- Carry out Teladoc’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion as part of recruiting strategies.

Candidate Profile
- Human Resources / Psychology degree or related.
- 1+ year of work experience as Recruiting Sourcer / Coordinator would be a plus.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (inbox and calendar management)
- Proficiency navigating complex schedules and calendars.
- Proficiency with MS Office products to manipulate, interpret, construct and format reports and presentations (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Incredible organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage their time efficiently.
- A strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Advanced English level is required.
- High level of respect for and adherence to confidentiality rules.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, finding innovative solutions in a fast paced environment
