Your day to day’

The general purpose of this role is to manage and control activities related to commercial back & middle -office, performed by the team of up to 10 executives.

Senior Team Lead is also a primary contact person for the markets and is responsible for all the activities delivered by the team :

  • Work closely with respective markets (among LA&C) to support commercial activities and to identify / address possible pain points.
  • Support commercial planning, forecasting and analysis by providing accurate data.
  • Take part in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure process standardization, digitalization and transformation.
  • Prepare ad hoc business reports and routine business performance reports.
  • Track critical business and consumer KPIs, creating insights and analytics for the customers.
  • Supervise end to end process for content & audience creation in DTE (Digital Trade Engagement) Platform
  • Supervise DTE content publishing and ensure proper approvals from the market.
  • Supervise DTE Catalogue maintenance.
  • Monitor Trade Program Reward Management (i.e. : Incentive calculation & reconciliation)
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement driven iteration of the process.
  • Be responsible for the administrative support on E-ordering : retrieve orders, perform upselling & pricing, update product categories and promotions.
  • Supervise Capability Building activities : Internal and Retailers Trainings & Onboarding and measure impacts and opportunities.
  • Have a keen understanding of retailers by having the retailer at the core.
  • Constant engagement with the Markets to communicate best practices & shared learnings amongst them.
  • Actively support and lead the team members as a subject matter expert.
  • Organize, manage and control the work of subordinates, motivate them and encourage their professional growth using training and other forms of career development tools.

  • Experience with engagement platform Sales Force is a must.
  • Solid understanding of SAP.
  • Proficient in handling MS Office
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Able to navigate through PowerBi reports.
  • A very good understanding of the Commercial & Marketing business cycles
  • Rich experience (3+ years) in Business processes with focus on Commercial and Data Analytics
  • Proven track of people management (3+years)
  • Managing communication with Customers
  • Ability to challenge status quo.
