We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Fullstack developer.
Job Responsibilities
As a Technical Lead Fullstack, you will be responsible on :
Team Leadership : Guide and manage a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and implementing software applications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, UX / UI designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
Resource Management : Allocate resources to meet deadlines and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Team Mentoring and Development : Provide guidance and motivation to team members to foster professional growth.
Contribution to Development and Code : Actively participate in development, contributing high-quality code.
Code Review : Assess and ensure the consistency and quality of the team’s code.
Promotion of Best Practices : Drive the adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability.
Technical Support : Resolve complex technical issues and act as the primary technical contact.
Agile Process Management : Manage the team’s agile development process, including sprint planning and meetings.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives : Seek ways to streamline processes and improve productivity.
Technological Upkeep : Stay informed about new technologies and development practices
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in software development with a track-record of increasing responsibility.
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
Strong proficiency in C#, SQL database & stored procedures, Azure functions & logic apps.
Experience with micro-services architecture implemented in Azure.
Full stack .NET development background, ideally stronger on the backend.
Experience in Angular is a plus, along with the knowledge of building, configuring, and managing Azure DevOps pipelines.
Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, and readiness to make sound decisions under pressure.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with code versioning tools, automated testing, and CI / CD processes.
