We are seeking a Technical Lead with a focus on Cloud Data Solutions (CDS) to join our team. With a blend of expertise in Agile methodologies EBS-Project Management PostgreSQL MongoDB and AWS the ideal candidate will drive our cloud-based projects towards success ensuring efficiency and innovation. This role demands a proactive leader with 5 to 9 years of experience ready to tackle challenges and lead by example in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Lead the design and implementation of cloud data solutions ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
· Drive Agile project management practices to enhance team performance and deliver high-quality software solutions.
· Oversee the integration of PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases with AWS cloud services optimizing data storage and retrieval processes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues ensuring smooth deployment of cloud-based applications.
· Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers promoting best practices in software development.
· Stay abreast of new technologies and trends in cloud computing applying this knowledge to improve our cloud solutions.
· Ensure project milestones are met within the allocated timelines and budgets reporting progress to stakeholders regularly.
· Facilitate continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from users and incorporating it into future project plans.
· Manage EBS-Project Management tools to track project progress and ensure alignment with Agile methodologies.
· Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies when implementing cloud solutions.
-Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role with a strong background in Agile EBS-Project Management PostgreSQL MongoDB and AWS.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
· Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
· A commitment to continuous learning and development in cloud technologies and software development practices.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field is preferred.
AWS CERTIFIED SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT OR AGILE CERTIFIED PRACTITIONER (ACP)
The annual salary depends on experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
