Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Technical Program/Project Manager. Our Developers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Location: San Francisco, CA and New York City, NY (On-site)

Responsibilities
• Work within a technical program management team, product managers, and engineers to develop and maintain plans/trackers to ensure successful delivery on projects planned for the teams.
• Create and maintain Risk and Dependency registers, to manage internal and external dependencies.
• Stakeholder management with GCP and other teams (establishing cadence and comms processes).
• Manage bug filing/tracking, run effective team meetings, implement project management tools/processes, and communication models.
• Track upcoming feature launches and other public site launches, manage schedules, and resolve project issues.
• Create dashboards, scripts, and tools to improve the software development process.
Qualifications
• 6-8 years in Technical Program/Project Management experience.
• Capable of managing large x-functional programs with focus on Timeline, Risk and Dependency management.
• Understanding Technical implementation towards App development and Full Stack implementations.
• Knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Platform) services.
• Knowledge of Technical System Design principles for Web and Mobile App development.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $97K – $146K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
