The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Escalating technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
- Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
- Answering queries and resolving issues.
- Timely registration and routing of incidents.
- Monitoring the availability and quality of video streams.
- Interaction with employees of service services of partners and contractors.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks.
The Profile
- Understanding the principles of computer networks
- Basic Microsoft Windows OS administration skills.
- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Helpdesk / Technical Support role.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have basic understanding of the operation of IP broadcasting protocols (RTMP. RTMP, HLS).
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple clients.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
