The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Escalating technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
  • Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
  • Answering queries and resolving issues.
  • Timely registration and routing of incidents.
  • Monitoring the availability and quality of video streams.
  • Interaction with employees of service services of partners and contractors.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks.

The Profile

  • Understanding the principles of computer networks
  • Basic Microsoft Windows OS administration skills.
  • You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Helpdesk / Technical Support role.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have basic understanding of the operation of IP broadcasting protocols (RTMP. RTMP, HLS).
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple clients.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
