The role is responsible to schedule, plan and deliver Technical Training for operational and engineering personnel in Artificial Lift.

This role is based in the Eastern Hemisphere Training Center in Dubai.

As the Technical Training Instructor - Artificial Lift, you will be responsible for:

·         Being responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services related to Technical Training & competency for the Artificial Lift Organization

·         Using all types of training services (Web based training, Instructor led training/Virtual led training & On the job training)

·         Training for all field services related activities for both employees and customers, including delivering product, system and process trainings

·         Providing ongoing support to ensure the standard and quality of field service execution

·         Communicating across the organization - Presenting to senior leaders

·         Handling latitude in project techniques - Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how

·         Handling diverse clients in a region

·         Following frameworks to get through the processes

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·         Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

·         Have at least 4 years of experience in Artificial Lift

·         Have 3+ years of experience in Training

·         Be able to fluently speak and write in English
