Their first product, Rip Van Wafels is available in 20,000 locations nationwide including Starbucks, Whole Foods, Publix, Wegmans, and Sprouts.

The Rip VanThird Party E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the company's e-commerce strategy across all third-party sites.

Success in the role will encompass achieving topline and bottomline goals on each channel by optimizing product listings, marketing levers, ensure demand plan knitting with operations to ensure they have the needed inventory.

They will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing assets. Optimization will come from deep data analyzing sales of marketing key marketing metrics and trends along with out of the box thinking to reduce CAC’s, increase organic traffic to drive sales.

What you will do :

  • Manage and oversee the company's presence on third-party e-commerce sites. Ensure P&L hits top line and contribution targets.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to make informed decisions about our e-commerce strategy.
  • Monitor and track competitor activity on each platform, and make recommendations for improving their own strategy.
  • Ensure that all product information, images, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date on each platform.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time and that customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and make recommendations for improving their own strategy.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales and marketing data to spot and execute optimizations and delivering profitable growth
  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on third-party marketplaces.
  • Experience with Amazon, Wal-Mart.com, Shopify and other third-party platforms is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong ability to manipulate data on excel to run analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • A plus : Started own e-commerce company or agency focused on .com and Amazon

Location : Fully Remote (work from home-BA based). Full time Monday-Friday within the Eastern Standard Time (EST)
