As a Transaction Processing Manager in Market Operations, you'll be responsible for reviewing deals, while covering various products.

Job responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the EDG business so as to drive independence of ownership over Deal Review function. Widen the scope of derivatives products that BA handles in quantity and quality.  
  • Deliver accurate processing of all tasks assigned and demonstrate ownership of daily issues.  Identify, escalate and remediate them in a timely manner while showing strong communication skills.
    Impact the value of the business by demonstrating a commitment to innovation and efficiency. 
  • Provide best in class client service, foster a responsive culture and develop a professional relationship with the clients that you service irrespective of being external o internal.
    Demonstrate partnership with internal clients to improve the overall client experience.
  • Display a proactive willingness to assist others and to participate in day-to day team activities. Also help in the build our and maintenance of a healthy atmosphere.

  • Ensure all tasks and checks are completed by the end of day

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience with investment banking environment is a must, preferably in Middle Office / Trade Support.
  • Bachelor’s degree, Finance / Economics or other related disciplines is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of Credit / Rates / Equity Derivatives products
  • Excellent business analysis skills to drill down the complex products.
  • Excellent problem solving skills in order to identify, understand, and address operational and technical issues
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop relationships across the various stakeholders including Senior Business executives
  • Self-motivated and ability to deliver with minimal supervision
  • Understanding of the end-to-end transaction cycle for derivative products
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment with time-critical deliveries
  • Control mindset to identify process control gaps, prioritize, and mitigate operational risk
  • Effective stakeholder management
