The Transport Intern, reporting to the Regional HUB Transport Manager Americas in our Buenos Aires office, will support with activities related to the daily Transport after shipment started and pickups arrangements for raw material purchases until incoterm point of delivery, generating and updating reports to support the follow-up of shipments.

You will

  • Support team members with general duties of planning, scheduling, and delivery follow up of shipments.
  • Contribute to service level agreements
  • Contribute to the maintenance and updating of processes
  • Maintain relationship and communication with markets, sites and external stakeholders
  • Follow up daily operations in the regional Transport area (Road)
  • Track and monitor daily transport deviations.
  • Support the preparation of LSP performance reviews (local)
  • Monitor activities of E2E Transportation Data Inbound / Outbound (Road).

Your profile includes:

  • In progress Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade or equivalent.
  • 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
  • Advanced level of English. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Understanding of incoterms and shipping terminology.
  • Experience with MS excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
