Summary of the position:

The Finance Enterprise Partner (NTWC & Treasury) serves as key business partner to the commercial organization. 

As an FEP (NTWC & Treasury) Lead you leverage your in-depth business understanding combined with financial expertise in driving initiatives forward that are critical to delivering our commercial strategy. The FEP (NTWC & Treasury) builds networks across the organization (including the Finance Excellence Partner), to share best practices and co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate, the enterprise and the customer. As FEP(NTWC & Treasury), you are a trusted  thought partner to business stakeholders and have close contact with customers, where you will ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact along the customer journey. The role complements the administrative flow in the subsidiary, including the analysis of bank account and investment movements; the preparation, issuance and delivery of payments and the preparation and sending of documentation for financial operations and Foreign Trade; also oversees the collection process.

Main tasks of the position:

  • Carry out daily analysis of bank account movements and investments.

  • Carry out studies and calculations to prepare financial planning according to previously established standards. (Cash Flow)

  • Monitor and control the accounting of all the company's financial movements and operations.

  • Analyze the pending items of bank reconciliations (open Item).

  • Prepare, control, and request the registration of manual check requests (generally they come from the P&C department), preparing them, obtaining their signature, and sending them to whoever requests it.

  • Prepare the necessary documentation to comply with the internal regulations of the banks and the BCRA.

  • Make contact with banks and ensure the approval of the necessary documentation for the closing of the exchange for the purchase or sale of foreign currency.

  • Control the balances of the accounts under the responsibility of the Treasury for a correct monthly closing.

  • Prepare the required documentation according to BCRA regulations for the closing of exchange for foreign trade operations.

  • Partner with the business and support or co-lead touchpoints alongside the customer journey with an enterprise mindset. 

  • Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actions 

  • Stimulate behaviors across the organization aligned with financial objectives. 

  • Stay abreast of and scan the internal and external business landscape for trends, issues and opportunities to create value

  • Coordination with Accounts receivables areas to ensure cash flow healthiness. 

  • Provides Regional, Group & Divisional Finance timely answers upon requests

  • Creates Collection Forecasts for Cash Flow and Liquidity planning purposes

  • Proposes NWC targets for Accounts Receivables & Inventory based on Sales Forecasts and payment terms

  • Oversees and actively collaborates with Credit Management Policy. Propose the proper solutions to support the business and customers.

  • The role is expected to Increase the awareness of the AR and collection with an enterprise mindset , define & Highlight the risk exposure, propose the necessary mitigation procedures .

  • Participate and actively involved within the AR network through sharing the knowledge and best practices, ensure the usage of credit management  new tools , reports and responsible for the validation of the data 

  • Collaborates to ensure that  all compliance rules and regulations are followed during the collection process and creating a compliant path for the flow of funds across Banks and country regulations

  • Participate in the creation of the commercial policy, ensure adequate implementation and monitoring. 

  • Responsible for the alignment and leading the discussions  with the group treasury in providing a credit solution or extended payment terms.

  • Actively collaborates with the improvement and enhancement of AR performance and ensure the adherence to the regional AR network financial targets
