Short Description

Oversees a team focused on creating UX strategy, design and specification delivery for a range of products. Builds connections and works with their team and across functions to conduct and report quantitative and qualitative user research including customer and user needs, workflows, and analysis business practices.

Champions the end user in product discussions and prioritization of product development ensuring that products align to users and are successful in the market.

May also provide design leadership and guidance for design standards evolution, high level UX architecture, user needs analysis, persona development, creation of user workflow diagrams and charts, interaction design including wireframes, visual design, application brand design, copywriting, motion design, multimodal interactions and sound design.

May also be hands on taking on various design tasks as required. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management.

Anticipates and identifies complex business needs and recommends solutions to complex problems. Typically requires 7 - 10 years experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
