You’ll help us improve, inject innovation and create new ways of working. You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your day to day

  • Monitor and optimize operation of engineering systems equipment to ensure rational use of energy sources;
  • Ensure compliance to all legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss;
  • Support preparation and implementation of utilities projects, preparing technical data for external suppliers and internal stakeholders;
  • Manage, update and optimize all energy processes including environment aspects and impacts, being responsible for monitoring water consumption, wastewater discharge and CO2 air emissions and follow-up;
  • Actively look for the opportunities in energy consumption savings and energy cost reduction, defining new energy measurements, methods and data gathering;
  • Prepare proper analysis related to the costs of the utilities operation and maintenance in order to ensure accurate preparation of the budgets;
  • Maintain the standardization level of utility and support system equipment by ensuring that all Change Management procedures are respected and a proper qualification process takes place.

Who we’re looking for

  • University degree in Engineering, with experience in continuous improvement roles (Lean Manufacturing, TPM);
  • 2 years of professional experience in Engineering department, industrial environment and/or facility management / utilities operation;
  • Management of continuous improvement tools (root cause analysis, Pareto, fishbone, 8D, etc).
  • Advanced English language management is mandatory;
  • Advanced office package (Excel is mandatory) and SAP is a plus.
