Role objectives | Responsibilities:Use of communication equipment and voice procedure.Navigation and map reading and the use of GPS.Trauma first aid medic – First Response Emergency Care Organisational and leadership skills.Management and communications skills.Active experience in the use of firearmsCapable and safe driver of heavy armoured four-wheel drive vehicles.Basic first line roadside repair. |
Project reporting | These positions would ideally suit someone with operational British Military experience, capable of driving heavy armoured vehicles and basic infantry trained to Platoon level. |
Key competencies | Essentials:DV Cleared (advantage) or SC clearance (essential).Must be a British passport holder.At least 7 years of experienceCurrent and valid C1 Driver’s license.SIA Level 3 licence - Close Protection, FREC 3 or equivalent.Experience in a high threat environment, required. |
Team management | Desirable:Hold a valid National Rifle Association of the United Kingdom Range Conducting Officers qualification and able to act as an RCO and run Ministry of Defence (MoD) ranges. |
