We are looking for a trustworthy, self-driven, motivated, and accountable individual to support the growth efforts of Qdenga while collaborating and integrating within the overall emerging markets strategy.
As Vaccines Director, you will play a vital role in leading and managing the company's operations and expansion efforts within the assigned region.
You will be responsible for driving growth, implementing strategic initiatives, and overseeing the overall success of the company in the region.
You will work collaboratively with business partners and stakeholders to grow business in the region, while developing and managing the regional strategies for the markets.
You will support our mission of preventing dengue fever through the distribution and promotion of Qdenga, with a specific focus on driving national immunization programs and activating consumers in private segments.
This senior leadership position requires an exceptional individual with a proven track record in driving commercial success in the vaccine industry.
Accountabilities
- Formulate region's strategy / plan for Qdenga launch, including resource allocation and prioritization of investments to achieve strategic growth and support countries' health authorities in their public health objectives
- Collaborate with the Vaccines Franchise Head to develop and execute the regional business strategy aligned with the global goals and objectives.
Identify market opportunities, potential partnerships, and areas for growth within the region
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers. Establish partnerships and strategic alliances to enhance the company's market position and drive business growth
- Bring the leadership necessary to develop a high-performing regional team. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to local team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to drive individual and team success
Actively engage all stakeholders to support the Vaccines Franchise Head with LRF, MRP and Opex processes and reach timely alignment within GEM leveraging advanced networking and communication skills
