Validation Lead
Location: Charlotte, NC (Remote) 

Required Qualifications: 
•    Bachelors in science, engineering or equivalent
•    Experienced resource in functional testing and validation testing with LS Domain Knowledge.
•    Experience in using HP ALM, JIRA. 
•    Good to have experience in agile. 
•    Good to have hands-on experience in any of the Automation Testing tool like TOSCA/Other
•    Good to Have any Automation certifications

Roles/Responsibilities:
•    Should be independently driving as Test Lead, providing walkthrough of test deliverables, conduct defect triage, review & sign off on Validation/Testing deliverables with client
•    Perform Business requirement analysis, updates to FRS/URS, seek clarifications during requirements
•    Hands on experience with Validation & Verification / Testing processes, test planning, test cases design & review, requirement analysis, Validation IQ/OQ/PQ design & execution
•    Strong communication skills, ability to manage teams & stakeholders across locations

Work Authorization:
Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)

Salary and Other Compensation: 
Applications will be accepted until 02/29/2024 
The annual salary for this position is between $50,800 - $99,960 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
