The primary purpose of this position is to gather and document business requirements to support client projects, the development and enhancements of projects. S/He will be responsible for developing a deep knowledge of supported business areas, conducting business requirement sessions, documenting current and to-be process flows and creating detailed requirements documents to support development.
Responsibilities
- Able to analyst the current application and identify the pain point which present in current application.
- Collaborate with management, project sponsors and business stakeholders to define scope, analyze requirements, evaluate feasibility, and determine strategic need.
- Document current and to-be process flows to understand and examine business processes using user roles, use cases, edit rules, wireframes and other system specifications in detail.
- Assists in developing test cases and participates in the quality assurance process to ensure that requirements are properly implemented
- Assists in producing user training documentation and works with the business to train users.
· Know about life science domain business and has solid project experience
· Good Communication Skills with both business and IT, Develop Team
· Analysis skills
