Cuáles son las principales responsabilidades?
El perfil del puesto es para una persona que realice llamadas salientes, generando reuniones y haciendo un trabajo de presales, o sea, prospecta, llama e informa sobre nuestros servicios intentando lograr una reunión.
Luego de esto se asigna esa reunión a un comercial que sigue con el proceso de la venta.
Requisitos de la posición :
Conocimientos de Office, especialmente Excel y Word
Realizar diariamente 50-60 llamadas a clientes potenciales del área legal
Experiencia usando Salesforce
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal
Poseer fuerte orientación al cliente
Tener experiencia en llamadas salientes
Capacidad de organización, gestión del tiempo y capacidad analítica.
