As our endeavors extend into the Hispanic market, we are actively seeking a skilled and imaginative Video Producer to join our creative team.
This role is pivotal in steering various video production tasks to bolster our educational and promotional initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Video Content Creation :
- Conceptualize, script, and storyboard captivating video content aligning with language education and promotional goals.
- Execute end-to-end video production, encompassing filming, editing, and post-production processes.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and relevance of video content across diverse platforms.
- Multimedia Collaboration :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, curriculum development, and instructional design, to seamlessly integrate multimedia elements.
- Provide creative input and technical expertise in brainstorming sessions and project meetings.
- Project Management :
- Manage video production timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Technical Proficiency :
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in video production techniques and technologies.
- Maintain and operate video equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
- Quality Assurance :
- Review and assess the effectiveness of video content in meeting educational and promotional objectives.
- Implement improvements based on feedback and performance analytics.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Video Producer, showcasing proficiency in filming, editing, and post-production processes.
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling stories.
- Proficiency in video editing software and equipment.
- Enhanced attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Project management experience, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to follow and contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Familiarity with language education or e-learning content is a plus.
