About the RoleAs a Website Account Strategist, you will meet with clients to understand their business goals and translate their needs into actionable insights for our team to design high-converting digital experiences. You will be the point of contact between clients and internal teams, providing strategic guidance and feedback to ensure alignment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Meet with clients to uncover goals, pain points, and opportunities through discovery sessions and research
- Perform competitive analysis, SEO research, industry trend reports, and other methods to derive insights
- Serve as the point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Coordinate across project managers, designers, developers, and copywriters
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable creative and strategy briefs
- Provide feedback on deliverables to ensure alignment with client goals and briefs
- Manage multiple concurrent client website projects and timelines
- 3+ years in a strategic role for website projects, digital marketing, or a related field
- Able to distill research and client needs into concise, insightful briefs
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proficient in conducting web design research (SEO, trends, competitors)
- Excellent communication skills and high energy for client interactions
- Passionate about understanding clients and crafting strategies to meet their goals
