The company is headquartered in San Francisco, with a team of consultants, platform experts, data scientists, and marketing engineers in 19 countries and 24 cities around the world. In 2018, Mediamonks merged with S4 Capital plc (SFOR.L), a tech-led new age/new era digital advertising and marketing services company established by Sir Martin Sorrell.
We are expanding the team and adding new projects around the world and currently want to add one Junior Accountant to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep track expenses and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly and quarterly closing processes by ensuring timely and accurate entries and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly analysis of accounting accounts.
- Perform accounting entries and records.
- Manage Balance Sheet reconciliations and analyze open items.
- Monitor and collect data from automatic interface processes in Subledgers.
- Ensure that accounting principles, policies and procedures are followed to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the financial statements
- Collaborate in internal and external audits, identify and prepare accurate information.
- Ensure reporting requirements and timeliness is met.
Qualifications And Skills
- Student of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar accountant position.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel-Google spreadsheets
- We are looking for candidates with communication skills, service vocation, great analytical skills, proactive and with initiative.
