- En CEVA Logistics nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Analista Customer Service para un importante cliente de la industria de repuestos y autopartes.Las principales tareas son:
- Desempeñar rol de atención al cliente para la actividad de transporte
- Identificar problemáticas y gestionar su resolución
- Comunicación de novedades, seguimiento de casos hasta su cierre
- Mantener informado al cliente y destinarios - anticipar problemáticas
- Elaboración y presentación de informes relacionados con la performance del servicio de entregas
Para desempeñar este rol, deberas contar con:
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en tareas administrativas en logística u operaciones de deposito medianos a grandes
- Experiência en atención al cliente tanto interno como externo
- Nível intermedio de excel (tablas dinamicas y fórmulas)
