How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
The Analyst will oversee administrative process behind the commercial agreements in the South Cone.
The Analyst, In Home Distribution will be responsible for:
- Preparation of contracts with templates previously established with legal
- Loading of documentation in systems, control and monitoring
- Billing control
- Administrative control of customer contracts and department contracts
- Administrative support for clients with documentation requests
- Preparation of the OP for vendor payment
- Request and consolidation of information for customer credit analysis
- Centralize the information of the different countries
- Compile market information (retail Price products, new releases, etc)
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- 1+ years of experience in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or similar tools.
- Skills / key Competences: self-motivated, proactive, organized yet flexible, team player and detailed-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communications skills.
- Intermediate level of English.
