Job Location: Morris Plains (NJ) /Saint Louis (MO) /Austin (TX)
Responsibilities
· Perform root cause analysis resolves production issues and support the existing production systems. Perform detailed issue analysis backtrack the problem and suggest a solution for the problem to the CoE team
· Support release of deliverables into production and perform on demand meetings with COE team and Business supporting issues encountered due to production changes.
· Suggest fixes to the complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact to the business due to the issue.
· Provide performance tuning at the functional level
· Initiate extensive documentation for the production support process improvement
· Answers escalated questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures
· Adopts, and implements Technical Support solutions for Transition & Steady State across departments with full competency.
· Acts as a highly competent advisor to their manager, leads and team
Required Qualifications
· This individual must be hands-on and strong in Java core.
· Should have strong knowledge in spring boot
· Should have strong knowledge in Database (Oracle or Mongo DB)
· Should have Prod support knowledge and flexible to work in Prod support hours.
· Good to have knowledge in AWS/OpenShift Platform
· Good to have React JS, Post Gres skills.
· Good to have Microservice knowledge.
· Ability to communicate well with customer/business teams.
