Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Arena Solution Architect to join our
dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing,
and overseeing solutions within the Arena space, ensuring that our technology
infrastructure aligns with business objectives and delivers optimal performance.
Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
and translate them into scalable and efficient Arena solutions.
? Design and implement robust solutions using Arena technologies, ensuring
alignment with industry best practices and standards.
? Lead the integration of Arena solutions with existing systems and third-party
applications.
? Act as a subject matter expert on Arena solutions, providing guidance and
recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsible
for administrative controls and provide CAPA, audit, and overall QMS support
? Create comprehensive technical documentation for Arena solutions, including
architecture diagrams, configuration details, and best practices.
? Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams on Arena technologies
and solutions.
? Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure
successful project delivery.
? Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences,
conveying complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field.
? Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Arena technologies.
? Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing Arena solutions.
? Experience with integration tools and techniques for connecting Arena with other
enterprise systems and familiarity with industry standards and regulations
related to product lifecycle management.
? Excellent problem-solving, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Arena Certified PLM Professional certification.
? Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to product lifecycle
management.
? Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 – 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program,based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
