Looking for an Operations Manager responsible for handling end to end program level results alongside ensuring program metric targets are achieved. Accomplish this through combined team efforts, relevant skills application & people management skills. You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing priorities and timelines, and being proactively organized to insure project completion. You should be able to independently prioritize competing stakeholder demands, and take on multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
At least 15+ years in internal operations experience managing Resourcing, P&L, Process & Cost Optimization for multi-layer teams in excess of 1000 headcount.
Experience in fast paced, insights driven environment.
Position Description
· Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a complex and demanding environment on site in our Mexico office
· Manage operations and provide recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, manage productivity, quality and shrinkage; resolve problems; complete quality audits; identify trends , outliers and insights
· Gain understanding across tools to guide and coach team on quality and user experience towards continuous improvement
· Inspire and motivate employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives
· Identify and implement fast paced changes
· Track team performance and provide regular feedback and evaluation
· Gather and Analyze valuable insights to deliver actionable outcomes
· Establish and maintain professional relationships with leaders, internal business lines, and external vendors
· Develop operations process by determining best practices; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures
· Serve as primary point of contact for internal escalations and communicate with the team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and escalations
