Job Description The Associate Director of Teladoc Health’s Creative Services is a leader of our best-in-class, in-house Creative Team. Must be a rare person who lives at the intersection of Creativity and delivery. Just as comfortable as a hands-on designer as a leader to guide our team to beautiful Creative content and organize complex projects while aligning different people around one goal: great Creative that gets results. Our Assoc. Director of Creative Services manages our team of designers, animators, editors and copywriters in producing creative work in all channels. Must have proven experience working across omni-channels, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In-House agency roles are different in the best way. This is a highly cross-functional role, in which you’ll partner closely with our Consumer and B2b Marketing teams, as well as Product Design, Clinical, Data Science, Health Coaching, and other internal teams on a wide range of initiatives. Role And Responsibilities- Responsible for overall leadership of Creative Services work from planning and scoping to scheduling creative resources for marketing initiatives and trafficking assets
- Experience as both a graphic designer and creative leader
- Bring new ideas and creative approaches to enhance effective marketing solutions.
- Identify the skills and resources within the Creative team to deliver initiatives on time on budget, at the highest possible quality.
- Inspire and mentor Creative talent
- Deliver quality work that maps back to the business objective and the creative brief.
- Work in a flexible, and nimble framework with multiple teams across different time zones.
- Dual ability to maintain the broad vision required for executing a project, including strategic thinking, and leadership from beginning to end, as well as the talent for overseeing all the small details that add up to fulfilling our commitment to excellence, and project requirements.
- Bachelor's degree with a major in marketing, communications, business or other closely related areas, or matching career experience.
- 6+ years of project management experience in advertising or marketing communications in a client-facing role; minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns. Advertising Agency experience a huge plus.
- Experience in inspiring and teaching junior and mid-level Creatives
- Able to demonstrate proven organizational and project management skills and must be detail oriented.
- Ability to develop project scopes involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
- Ensures resource availability and allocation
- Ability to develop and follow detailed project plan to track progress
- Reports and escalates to management as needed
- Can provide regular status reporting to track project progress against goals, objectives and timelines.
- Has experience working with multi-disciplinary teams (CX, UX, Tech, Creative, PM/AM, Analytics) across remote offices.
- Strong presentation skills, and excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of web, print and digital standards.
- High EQ and the ability to read what a team needs to help motivate them.
- Self-motivated, and driven to build and create great work.
- Working knowledge of Workfront and/or other project management/resource allocation tools
