Description
As a member of our Operations team, you will be part of a high-performing team dedicated to support one of the core business units of EY's Global Delivery Services Argentina. We are a multidisciplinary team that supports multiple workstreams, enabling the Tax team to perform its tasks efficiently, removing constraints and channeling administrative workloads.
We are looking for a self-starter, independent thinker, who loves digging into problems and figuring how to solve them by applying creative solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Reporting Analyst to join the expanding Operations team, to assist in creating, developing, and maintaining current analysis/dashboards/automations solutions.
Your key roles/responsibilities
Data Analytics/Reporting (required) - You will be responsible for:
- Running/maintaining current reports/dashboards.
- Design, development, testing and deployment of Power BI Dashboards.
- Analysis/interpretation of datasets.
- Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights.
Automation (nice to have) - You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and designing business processes for automation.
- Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.
- Create process and end-user documentation.
What we need from you
Skills/attributes (Required):
- Advanced Excel formulas and functions.
- Hands on Power Pivot/Power Query experience
- Experience with DAX formulas and data modeling.
- Maintains good levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactivity/Curiosity/Problem solving skills
Skills/attributes (Nice to have):
- SharePoint.
- Power Automate.
- Power Apps
- SQL
- Documentation skills
- Holding any badges/certifications in the following is a plus:
- Data Visualization/Data integration/Data Analysis
