Cognizant TriZetto is a leading provider of healthcare technology solutions, dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of healthcare organizations and professionals. Cognizant is looking for a “Technical Trainer” for developing customized product for our clients. The TriZetto Learning Services Team provides professional training and certification services to both clients and internal teams. As part of the Learning Services team, Technical Trainers design, develop, and deliver training courses and workshops that meet the requirements of clients and associates in classroom, virtual, and self-paced digital environments.

Education Details: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Information Systems, Instructional Design Technologies, or a related discipline
Technical Aptitude: SQL, XML, Database Architecture
Job Location: Denver - CO (Remote) Travel Requirement: 50%
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop strong knowledge of Cognizant TriZetto’s products and services.
· Facilitate classroom and virtual training for a variety of software products.
· Create digital learning modules, including developing content, audio, and video recording.
· Develop technical and operational training curriculum, including supplemental content such as job aids, handouts, and reference materials.
· Review and revise existing training curriculum, making recommendations for improvement when appropriate.
· Research, develop, and validate operational procedures for a variety for client-specific business processes.
· Travel to client sites as needed for assessments, course delivery, project planning and other training related requirements.
· Collaborate with team members and clients to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
· Perform various corporate and training related administrative duties (i.e. status reports, travel arrangements, expense reports, timesheet submission, project planning, etc.)

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $60K - $74K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
