Automation Lead with TOSCA DI Exp.
Location: Remote
Qualifications:
- Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field)
- 8+ Yrs. of experience in test automation with at least 2+ yrs. experience in web automation using Tosca framework/Tosca Data Integrity
- Experience in an Agile environment.
- Skilled in Tosca Automation, Selenium and Java / Java script.
- Extensive experience translating business requirements into effective test cases, test planning, test automation and test execution.
- Technical writing, including test cases, plans & specifications, definition of done, acceptance criteria/thresholds, and test results.
- Building robust, scalable, and high quality test automation solutions for functional, regression and performance testing.
- Developing code for quality automation and ensuring extensive unit test coverage of the code.
- Building, customizing, deploying, and managing the environment/test automation frameworks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must have hands on experience working with Tosca framework, creation of testcase template, module, test design sheet, class, RTB and library, use of different type of parameters, PDF comparison using Tosca tool
- Preferred have Tosca Automation Specialist-I & Automation Specialist -II certificate completed
- Must have experience working in agile teams using BDD, Cucumber, Gitlab and Jenkins
- Should be well versed in DevOps and CI/CD implementation
- Added advantage if have worked as an automation architect to devise enterprise level automation solutions and frameworks with the aptitude to research, learn and new tools/technologies
- Insurance domain experience is added advantage
- Tosca -Testcase Design specialist -I, Test Design Specialist-II certification is added advantage
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Should work and support on-shore offshore model

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[85,000 – $115,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
