A B2B lead generation agency specializing in Cold Outbound Email Marketing seeks a strategic and technical B2B Email Strategy Manager to lead and manage cold email campaigns.
The Email Channel Optimization Specialist will focus on the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of cold email outreach campaigns.
This role is not an SDR position but requires a combination of technical expertise in email marketing and strategic insight into campaign management.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategically manage and optimize client email campaigns, focusing on technical and strategic aspects rather than direct sales outreach.
Develop and implement A / B testing strategies to enhance email campaign performance.
Collaborate with analytics teams to create custom reports and derive actionable insights for campaign improvement.
Ensure compliance with email deliverability best practices and maintain high standards of communication in alignment with client's brand voice.
Lead segmentation strategies and personalized email initiatives to optimize campaign results.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years in strategic email marketing roles, preferably in B2B domain.
Strong experience with email marketing tools (HubSpot / Zoho) and technical aspects of email marketing (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Proven track record in A / B testing and email campaign optimization.
Upper Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
Ability to independently manage and strategize email marketing channels.
Nice to Have :
Experience with marketing automation platforms and familiarity with advanced technical email marketing elements.
Success Metrics :
Effectiveness in setting up, strategizing, and optimizing cold email campaigns.
