The Sr Sales Strategy and Operations Manager is responsible for driving programs and initiatives that enhance the capability, productivity, and performance of the inside sales organization. This is a critical role which will work directly with a variety of stakeholders and requires strategic thinking, sales acumen, data analysis, and strong leadership skills. This role will require the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organizational structure. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage projects, processes, resources, and initiatives that impact the inside sales organization. 
  • Identify, implement, measure new digital engagement methods for our sellers. 
  • Ensure that the sales process is constantly reviewed and optimized, from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.
  • Develop and nurture collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams (Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Enablement, etc) to enhance sales effectiveness. 
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to deploy and maintain sales dashboards showing key activity and productivity metrics.
  • Manage interactions with key partners and vendors. 
  • Partner with Sales leadership to continuously review KPIs and Seller Roles and Responsibilities.
  • Lead internal advisory councils and other key sales feedback mechanisms. 
 
Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in related fields
  • 8 + years of experience in sales, marketing or related fields

Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales typically gained from direct experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication skills, including having the ability to deliver clear, compelling and articulate written and verbal communication.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, while ensuring that deadlines are met, and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Ability to effectively persuade and influence others, including sales and cross-functional teams, to support key sales initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment 
  • Ability to work within a team-oriented organization 
  • People management experience

HYBRID - This position will include work from our Morrisville campus as well as work from home each week.
