8-10 yrs of Business analysis, requirement gathering experience preferably in Banking sector
- Has experience working in a digital transformation program e.g. platform modernization
- Experienced in using Agile tools e.g. JIRA to document user stories
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a high-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Data analysis and Data mapping exercises
- Ability to write to SQL queries e.g. SELECT, JOINS etc
