Your Mission:
We are looking for a professional to assume financial responsibility at Alfa Laval, allowing us to drive our strategy forward. Leader and proactive with at least 10 years of experience in key areas such as Finance & Administration, IT & Supplies. With problem-solving skills, working in a structured and quality-oriented manner to provide our clients with a high level of service. It is important that you are flexible, independent and comfortable in an agile environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the strategy at Alfa Laval, in business plans and assist in the establishment of measurable objectives and KPI's to ensure that the objectives are achieved.
- Evaluate the financial implications of various strategic decisions, construct scenarios, and recommend actions.
- Promote initiatives to achieve growth and cost savings, as well as strengthen responsiveness to customers.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial information used at Alfa Laval to support business and operational process improvement.
- Drive the improvement of financial analysis, planning and reporting processes at Alfa Laval.
- Provide analytics to assess business risk exposure and provide input to define risk mitigation strategies that reduce the impact on business performance. Identify and manage potential risks related to contractual arrangements.
- Overall responsible for compliance with the Group, such as taxes, statutory reporting, etc.
Experience & Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management, MBA is a plus. A professional with a minimum of 10 years leading areas related to Finance and Administration, IT and Supplies, dealing with clients is expected.
Language: Advanced English (oral and written)
Other : Availability to travel 35%
