Business Development Director US- The Nest by Concentrix + Webhelp

Job Description

The Nest offers a?wide variety of services to boost the growth of startups and scale-ups, all of which are tailored to their individual needs, including, but not limited to, omnichannel customer engagement, sales enablement, digital content management, and payment and KYC services.

The Nest by Concentrix + Webhelp supports fast growing companies to scale-up their global customer experience teams, quickly and simply.

The Nest offers a?wide variety of services to boost the growth of startups and scale-ups, all of which are tailored to their individual needs, including, but not limited to, omnichannel customer engagement, sales enablement, digital content management, and payment and KYC services.

Building on our experience in the EMEA region, our goal for 2024 is to further establish The Nest as the go-to outsourcing partner for industry frontrunners and future market leaders worldwide.

To support our growth, we are now looking for an experienced Business Development Director to expand our program in the US.

Mission

The role will be responsible for the development & success of The Nest business in the US by :

  • Developing a broad network within the local startup & tech ecosystem (from founders & decision makers to investors), increasing our brand awareness and further developing The Nest into the #1 BPO partner for successful startups and scaleups in the US.
  • Acquiring new startups & scale-ups as customers for the US market, building a strong sales pipeline and closing deals across all business sectors.
  • Together with The Nest Sales & Ops teams, developing tailored, smart solutions for selected startups to help them drive growth and improve their CX or sales performance.

Working closely with global sales, ops and marketing teams, youll report to the Head of The Nest US.

Profile & Skills

This role is for you if youre able to develop a solid sales strategy, build a pipeline and manage both an inbound and outbound sales approach.

Youd also be able to empathize deeply with startups and scale-ups, understanding their challenges and how The Nest by Concentrix + Webhelp can solve them.

You are entrepreneurial by nature and thrive on working with early-stage businesses as they grow rapidly.

You should check at least 5 / 6 of the below :

  • Ability to demonstrate successful experience in a sales, Business Development, venture capital, or consulting role (3 / 4 years of experience minimum)
  • Passion for active networking and the ability to build your own pipeline that you successively convert into new clients
  • Excitement for innovation and technology with a good understanding of startup growth challenges
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with high degree of autonomy, drive and energy
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Full professional proficiency in English

A good network in the US startup & scale-up ecosystem is a plus, with a proven track record of building new credible and successful relationships.
