As a CS Specialist you will assist our customers in providing guidance related to the platform / app usage or products and resolving their queries.
This new hire would be based in Córdoba, Argentina.

Qualifications and Experience
Required :
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in the English Language (C1)
Desired :
- English Language teacher degree, English translator degree or equivalent
- Bilingual or abroad work experience
- Experience in the tourism / leisure / e-commerce industry
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Experience in hybrid work positions
Special requirements :
- Home Internet connection (50mb minimum)
- Possibility of WFH in a silent space
- Availability to work during the weekends
