Customer Service Senior Analyst

Support sales force in monitoring and coordinating deliveries to customers, with overview on additional relevant inputs such as stock, receivables and sales reporti
Solving customer queries related to invoicing and deliveries.

• First point of contact for sales force on sales order status.
• Monitor punctual delivery to customers. Sales order creation & credit memo request.
• Support implementation of new SAP standards & lead projects.
• Master data creation.
• Coordination with SCM, Commercial team, AR & Credits, Stock control.
• Reporting to management.
• Ensure process documentation is up to date.

• Previous experience in the task or in related areas such as accounts receivable, order management or SCM. Pharma expertise is preferred.
• University degree, with preference on subjects related to logistics or administration.
