Customer Support Representative  

Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., according to US calendar, Modality, 100% REMOTE
Minimum B1 proficiency in written and spoken English. 18 years of age or older. High school degree or equivalent. Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Proficient in using desktop computer systems. Familiarity with Windows Operating System, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer. Good knowledge of Outlook applications.
